The centre where I work was sold just over a year ago. The new owners have said I’m no longer covered by the Teachers (Non-Government Early Childhood Service Centres Other Than Pre-Schools) (State) Award 2006 NAPSA. What award am I covered by and what does this mean for my wages, sick leave etc?
