Principals

The IEU represents principals and teachers holding comparable positions, such as directors of studies in ELICOS colleges.

The Union conducts regular meetings of principals to ensure we are able to vigorously and accurately represent your views and meet your particular needs.

  • IEU calls stop work - Canberra and Goulburn Catholic schools

    Protected action ballots have been granted by the AEC for 22 schools in the Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn, including most secondary schools and many primary schools. The Union is asking members to stop work from the commencement of duty until 12.30pm on Thursday 2 November.

    Protected action ballots have been granted by the AEC for over 130 schools in the metropolitan area. The Union is asking members in the Parramatta Diocese to stop work from the commencement of duty until 12.30pm on Thursday 2 November.

    Protected action ballots have been granted by the AEC for over 100 schools in the Archdiocese of Sydney and the Diocese of Broken Bay. The Union is asking members in these schools to stop work from the commencement of duty until 12.30pm on Wednesday 1 November.
