Saving your voice
This workshop focuses on a much overlooked, overworked and misunderstood teaching resource: your voice. Understand the mechanics of your voice, learn about caring and warming up your vocal cords and know the warning signs of vocal damage. We’ll also look at tips for softening your environment to reduce the strain on your voice. This workshop is practical, so wear comfortable clothing that allows you to bend.
Audience: Stages 1 – 6 teachers; Early Childhood teachers; school executive; post-secondary colleges; support staff.
This course is NESA Registered for 2 hours.
It addresses the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers: 6.2.2; 6.3.2; 7.4.2
