PIP - WORK HOARSE VOICE CARE

WORK HOARSE VOICE CARE

Saving your voice

This workshop focuses on a much overlooked, overworked and misunderstood teaching resource: your voice. Understand the mechanics of your voice, learn about caring and warming up your vocal cords and know the warning signs of vocal damage. We’ll also look at tips for softening your environment to reduce the strain on your voice. This workshop is practical, so wear comfortable clothing that allows you to bend.

Audience: Stages 1 – 6 teachers; Early Childhood teachers; school executive; post-secondary colleges; support staff.

Completing PIP: Work Hoarse Voice Care will contribute 2 hours of NESA Registered PD addressing 6.2.2; 6.3.2; 7.4.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
