NESA is currently seeking experienced teachers for syllabus development in the following subject areas:
- Engineering Studies 11–12
- Industrial Technology 11–12
- Business Studies 11–12
- Textiles and Design 11–12
- Agriculture 11–12
- Society and Culture 11–12
Interested teachers may be invited to contribute as syllabus or support material writers, or to be a member of a technical advisory group.
The IEU has been asked to recommend a limited number of teachers in each subject area.
Recommendations will be based on the below criteria and the understanding that those nominated by the union are representing all members.
- Qualifications or extensive knowledge in their subject area
- Current experience and expertise in teaching in their subject area
NESA will then have a further selection process and will communicate the next steps, as appropriate.
