Welcome to the fourth edition of Newsmonth. The IEU has joined other unions in calling on the NSW government to fix its ill-conceived overhaul of the workers compensation system. As a result of this collective pressure, the Bill has now been referred to a parliamentary inquiry for closer scrutiny.
The proposed changes would make it much harder for employees suffering psychological injuries to get mental health support and care.
