Pressure is mounting on the NSW Government to fund fair pay in community preschools.
This May, hundreds of community preschool members took to the streets of Sydney, Coffs Harbour and Lismore to step up their fight for fair pay.
Following this, a NSW Parliamentary Inquiry into Early Childhood Education and Care report found that the state government should work with the IEU and address workforce attraction and retention challenges.
There are only a few weeks left to make an impact before the state budget is finalised.
